For two months of the year we open our home  to you, and invite you to enjoy perhaps the finest spot on the Lake. Known for its clear warm water, Christina lake is a summer paradise like no other in BC. Our home is located on the West side of the lake, off a quiet road, and enjoys early morning sun through the tall windows, and cool breezes in the evenings which follow the nearby creek down the mountainside. We have over 300' of secluded sandy beach on the point surrounding the property. A dock for tying up your boat will give you a snug harbour in any storm. A sauna, jacussi, large deck and a lakeside firepit make this the perfect spot to spend a week or two enjoying all there is to offer in this relaxing Interior BC atmosphere. Our home is "green friendly" with solar water heating, natural air conditioning, geothermal heating (from the lake), and one of the best energy ratings available from LivesmartBC. We also have a lovely organic garden from which we share some produce with our guests, and encourage composting, recycling and energy conservation as a lifestyle. A $1000/WK down payment is required when booking

Remaining balance of rental fee is due 2 months in advance of rental. Security deposit (credit card) will not be charged if house is left in the condition you found it in. We do not charge an extra fee for cleaning unless the premises are left untidy.

Linens are supplied.

Refunds:

If you cancel for any reason 2 months before your reservation we will refund what you have paid minus the down payment if we can re-rent. If you cancel less than 2 months before your reservation, your rent cannot be refunded unless the house is re-rented, and your down payment will be forfieted.
